Products and Pricing: All fragrances and products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products at any time. Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without notice. We strive to display accurate product descriptions and images, but we do not guarantee that all information is error-free.

Orders and Payment: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment methods. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions. For COD orders, payment must be made in cash to our delivery personnel upon receipt of goods.

Shipping and Delivery: We ship across Pakistan. Delivery times vary by location (2-5 business days). Shipping charges apply based on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns and Refunds: Returns are accepted within 2-3 days of delivery. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for complete details. Opened fragrance products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Product Use: Our fragrances are for external use only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep products away from children and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Intellectual Property: All content on this website, including logos, product names, images, and text, are the property of Saeed Aura and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability: Saeed Aura is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
