Return and Refund Policy

At Saeed Aura, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within 2-3 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. The product must include all original tags and labels. Fragrance bottles must be unopened and sealed.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us within 2-3 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Items must be shipped back to us within 3 days of approval.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer (please provide your bank details).

Non-Returnable Items: Opened or used fragrance products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
